If there is a to be a change to the service the service user due to sickness or unforeseen circumstances we will

  • Call the service user at the earliest opportunity and all others this may impact on
  • Inform them of the problem and how soon they can expect a service
  • Arrange for support to go into them at the earliest opportunity
  • Keep the service user/ informed at all times
  • Give 7 days notice for cessation of the service/ or any changes to the times of support given
